1. Cancellation Policy:
1.1 No Cancellation: Once you have successfully registered and purchased a ticket for the Mega Makeup Workshop, please be aware that no cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure that we can adequately plan and prepare for the event, and to provide a fair and consistent experience for all participants.
2. Refund Policy:
2.1 No Refunds: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could prevent you from attending the Mega Makeup Workshop. However, we regret to inform you that we do not offer any refunds, regardless of the reason for your cancellation or non-attendance.
3. Transfer of Tickets:
3.1 Ticket Transfer: We do not offer ticket transfers to another individual. If you are unable to attend the event, you may intimate us and we will decide if we will transfer your ticket to someone else at your own discretion. Please note that you are responsible for managing the ticket transfer, and Sampurna will be the sole decision maker in the ticket transfer process.
4. Event Changes:
4.1 Event Postponement or Cancellation: In the rare event that Sampurna must postpone or cancel the Mega Makeup Workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, registered participants will be provided with alternative options, such as rescheduled dates or the option to transfer their tickets to a future event. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
